Natasha Larente

My goal is to use that passion to inspire others to be the best versions of themselves, getting healthy, transforming their bodies and lives – and having fun whilst doing it.

I discovered my love for fitness as a teenager, and went on to become an ACE Fitness certified Personal Trainer.  Having given birth to 2 sons, I understand the challenge of losing weight, and finding the time to take care of yourself.  I participated in many different kinds of fitness classes, and was left frustrated when I wasn’t getting the results I wanted.  This led me to create my own Bootcamp, incorporating techniques discovered through extensive research and international travel to learn new impactful fitness methods.

My Bootcamp workouts are made up of a mixture of Plyometrics, High Intensity Interval Training, CrossFit techniques, Cardio and Strength training.  I want my workouts to be enjoyable as well as impactful, and that is why I create new, unique workouts every day that challenge you to push yourself to your limits and get results. Each workouts are very different so that your body never get accustomed to it.

I feel blessed to have been able to see my clients get results through their hard work, encouraging them to eat healthier, train harder and become happier in themselves.

Whatever your personal aspirations, be it to lose weight, gain strength or simply boost your fitness and energy levels, I will give you the tools and confidence you need to achieve your targets – your goal is my goal.

In our group you will find support, motivation, and inspiration. This isn’t just a Bootcamp class, it’s a family. When you are feeling discouraged, we have your back and when you feel like giving up, we lift you up!
